Good Colleagues, Good Canteen Food and Flexible Work Timing.
Cons
1. Poor Management. 2. Arguing, fighting and quarrelling every single day (toxic culture). 3. No work life balance (caused staffs to be hospitalized for days due to work related stress causing illness). 4. High turnover rate (Executives resigning within 24-48hrs from their first day of work). To counter this, company implemented "Contract" for new employees to sign during delivering of offer letter.
