Pros
Top of the line clinical care. Academic teaching environment with challenging and medically complex patients. Challenging place to work.
Cons
Very political environment with horrible management. Employees are afraid of and do not trust management. Employees are afraid to come to work. Lots of favoritism. Career advancement based on favoritism rather than who is best qualified. Management singles out employees who they dislike and gives them extra work assignments and unfavorable schedules until employees quit.
