Good pay, good benefits, at least until they get cut now that there's no union to stop them.
Cons
Incompetent, career-climbing management, at least a third of the doctors don't speak their patients' language, A LOT of the time patient allergies don't even make it into their chart (it's the "not my job" mentality), long on image, short on substance. Had a friend who had a family member there this past year and mentioned how dirty it was, the fact that they were seen by someone who admitted they hadn't worked in that particular field for a long time. Recently required to get the flu shot waiver signed by the doctor, requiring an appointment for which I will undoubtedly be charged since it's not a medical problem (THANKS!) just so the numbers look good (THANKS AGAIN!). A horrid little meatgrinder of an institution. If you can possibly get a job somewhere else, please do.
