Employee engagement at its best and fun working environment as there are always games after the lunch break (normally on Wednesday). Can dress casually, jeans are allowed. The supportive team leader that will always help and guide you at any time. Easy job, just call and talk. Got happy hour. if got sale during happy hour you will get the incentive (money).
Cons
Stressful work as the team leader always hoping sale from you even they said they do not push you to make one, they did. The whole call floor (everyone) talking to the customer at the same time, plus you team leader will always cheer and make unnecessary noise, shouting & laughing, it is soo noisy. There is a lot of hidden information. You will always get a different answer from HR, team leader, colleague. In this case, just believe your senior colleague. They know everything. OT is compulsory in this company, not a choice.
