Pros

Great state benefits. Patients were awesome.

Cons

I loved it there until I was shuffled to work with a dr who has horrible memory problems and who doesn't like anyone but MDs. Workplace bullies abound at the University level - go figure. What a safety nightmare for patients!. I tried to get into a different position but it was easier to leave. Compensation was low. Had to be on call rotation and was never paid for it.

Pros

Respect between colleagues and bosses

Cons

The pay is not very competitive, but it is only a student research assistant position and is more about the experience
