Pros
The work was fascinating. It was full of very smart people, with very interesting ideas.
Cons
The organization could have been better, we were going through a re-org, so it is understandable. I think if the re-org would have been a done more quickly, we wouldn't have lost so much time and we would have been able to put out more research.
