Competent, talented, and friendly teammates — easily the best part of the company. Fair initial compensation. Convenient WFH setup. Challenging, fast-paced work that can be rewarding if you can handle the pressure. Company invests in team bonding activities(fun days, coworking days, team building).
Cons
No clear career path and no structured growth planning. No reliable annual salary increases. HR prioritizes rigid policy enforcement over empathy or common sense. Leave filing and approval is unnecessarily bureaucratic and increasingly restrictive each year. Extension of probationary period beyond 6 months is a common occurrence. High attrition rate because of the above reasons.
