      Pros

      Competent, talented, and friendly teammates — easily the best part of the company. Fair initial compensation. Convenient WFH setup. Challenging, fast-paced work that can be rewarding if you can handle the pressure. Company invests in team bonding activities(fun days, coworking days, team building).

      Cons

      No clear career path and no structured growth planning. No reliable annual salary increases. HR prioritizes rigid policy enforcement over empathy or common sense. Leave filing and approval is unnecessarily bureaucratic and increasingly restrictive each year. Extension of probationary period beyond 6 months is a common occurrence. High attrition rate because of the above reasons.

      Pros

      - Great opportunity to learn the ropes of a start up company. - Enforces good values through monthly volunteer/donation initiatives. - Warm and friendly workmates; also, those who have been working longer in the company are very passionate about their job and the company’s mission. - CEO is supportive, approachable, and altruistic.

      Cons

      - Not for the faint-hearted. Apply here if you have a burning passion to empower SMEs, otherwise, you’ll burn yourself out. - Long work hours and Mon-Sat workdays.

      WFH setup and laptop provided

      Cons

      - Freelancer contract but treats us as employees - 9hrs per day (excluding lunch). There used to be Saturdays, too. - mandatory attendance during team buildings, and other events that require you to be physically present (you have to shoulder the expenses even if you are from outside NCR). You also need to travel outside working hours or else you need to file a leave. Lol
