Pros

1) Great pay with potential for commission along with bonuses & raises 2) Most leaders are super nice and encouraging. 3) You are able to work from home with only going into office twice a month.

Cons

1) Shift bidding. It’s not the Olympics, it’s a desk job. 2) Leadership went from gently guiding me to keep my stats up to using fear-tactics. A previous leader went so far to clock me out of my shift because I was two minutes late from break. 3) High turnover rate. When I first started, most employees were there for 10-15 years but as more changes got announced, tenured employees ended up quitting. 4) Recently, the company initiated two major changes to my role that I wasn’t able to receive proper training for and I was expected to take calls while still learning the system. 6) Although they offer PTO, good luck actually using it. Only 4-5 associates can have the day off in a team of 250 associates. How is that fair?
