Pros
Benefits were great and a cool industry to work in.
Cons
Came on board and had a great experience and the culture was great. Over time, it eventually began to shift with changing leadership and just less of a vision and focus on what previous CEO Jack Rooney had built. He left a lasting impression on the company but unfortunately didn't last long enough. It was a get the work done mentality with little room to build strong relationships or a positive environment. Top down just didn't keep up the emphasis on their employees and it shows as more and more left after each month. All this culminates to the continuous downward spiral of the organization. This lack of vision shows in their lack of concern for their customers. Big issues caused a lot of churn over the last couple years and did little internally to stop the bleeding and really understanding or caring for what the customer was actually going through.
