Pros
Culture is good and some of the people there are amazing. Good growth opportunities and the pay is somewhat competitive. Overall the experience was a good one because of what I learned and the growth I was able to attain.
Cons
Work-life balance is bad. Churn rate for employees is dismal. The company has let go of hundreds of employees (and a call center) with no intent to rehire. It felt as if the company was getting ready to sell. Upper management puts unrealistic expectations on middle management and it rolls down hill. Lots of koolaide drinking in regards to culture but not everyone buys into it.
