Pros
From an engineering perspective, the people are just awesome! Incredible talent, knowledge and work ethic. Being a smaller company does have its benefits in some instances, a bit less red tape and management.
Cons
Too small of a fish swimming in too large of a pond nowadays. Unfortunate as it is, the company is treading water and barely staying afloat it seems. The new sales software was a major hit and they are still coming. The company tries to be innovative with programs but just doesn't have the oomph (read $$$) to turn them into new customers.
