Pros
You don't have to speak English. In fact if you can speak English you are at a huge disadvantage because Napoli the official language spoken and Japanese is what you will need to be able to read in order to operate the machinery.
Cons
Management...they lie to everyone from customers to employees. Never trust a word that comes out of their mouths...NEVER./ Production members...I hope English isn't your first language because the Napoli majority will run you out of there pretty quickly. It is a culture shock and the reasons they left Nepal have traveled with them.... bathrooms and lunchrooms are filthy and the smell is out of this world./ Maintenance...understaffed, overworked, undersupplied, nothing is in English so good luck trying to troubleshoot. Absolutely zero parts inventory system so you will spend all of your time searching a huge area for things that should be readily available. It is best to avoid that department altogether. Not worth it./ Generally speaking highest turnover I have ever seen and it's usually the smartest folks that leave first.
