You learn a lot of valuable skills to succeed in a corporate environment. You can always learn more skills at your own pace through there virtual learning portals. They also post seminar to stay up to date with the current tools being utilized in the SW industry. Once you complete your months of training, they place you in many fortune 500 companies.

Cons

Very strict Policies and regulations. As long as you do your job and well you won't get placed in the talent pool and get hired on at the company your consulting.
