Pros

- Flexible timings - Kochi, Trivandrum offices offer a better work environment than Chennai office

Cons

- Not valuing every employee equally: When you are waiting in pool to get allocated to a project, chances are you might not get a computer system to work on and are not given any direction by the management as to what the next step for the resource should be. - Training wasn't complete: I belonged to the 'fast-track' batch when I was under training after joining the organization. And before even having the working knowledge of the skills taught by the trainers, I was put into a project with little knowledge as to how to go about doing my daily tasks. As the days went by, coming to office started feeling like a nightmare.
