Pros
I've found that if you put in the work, there is always opportunities for you within the company. My manager asked me what my goals were when I was first hired and continues to review those with me each year to game plan on how we can achieve them together. There is truly a culture of "family" and there is always someone to bounce ideas off of. Everyone wants you to succeed and helps you to do so, because a successful individual makes a successful office/company. USI also values the family and work-life balance and allows for PTO when needed, work from home on occasions and you feel like you're family life is just as important as what you're doing for the company. I love my job so much I recruiting my friend to come work for us as well.
Cons
None that I have experienced
