Pros
The clients, if you have backgrounds in tech, customer service, and you enjoy talking to customers. If you can stick it out with them for 2-7 years they start to take care of you a bit better.
Cons
The clients, when you have clients that don't care about their customers, and a call center that does not care about their customers clients things can get tense. Senior citizens that cant pay their bills because they were triple charged for something they wanted, and then instructing agents to be useless to the customer while the spend months fixing the problem. Management at all levels does not care about you, your dying grandma, your cancer or any other problems you might have. They will schedule you during an important doctors appointment that you told them about months in advance. Say they can't help with this. They will then tell you that you are working on your day off to buy back that point. Sometimes with as little as 45 minute notice. Law states 24 hours, but these guys don't care about laws either. I was terminated for moving a computer monitor from a broken unused computer to mine that was not working. They then told the state on the unemployment claim that I resigned. Produced a forged signature and everything. Local restaurants donate left overs to them so their employees can afford to eat.
