Pros
They have a great PTO Policy (get 3 weeks...includes sick time). Gorgeous office (the downtown office is in an old train station) and having the parking pass to the garage is a perk if you were to come for any events downtown after work. Friendly staff, clean facilities, and no shortage of work to be done as their product offerings continue to grow.
Cons
The pay is terrible, laughable at best. Don't think you are going to get ahead, unless you are married to someone in the company or do favors for them (you know what I mean). They give raises every 2 years and make a HUGE deal out of it, and then it's barely a cost of living increase. There are NEVER any open bathroom stalls, so get your coat on and walk down to Peppino's or Hopcat to take a dump. Although this is a telecom company, they are actually a Sales organization and never forget it. Unless you are in sales, you mean nothing and they like to make that very clear.
