If you are a high-achieving Sales Accountant, they seem to treat you the best.
Cons
Senior leadership was toxic and self‑serving. They only invested time in high‑performing sales managers and showed little care for other employees, customers, or long‑term sustainability—only revenue.
Employees were routinely overworked with no additional compensation, and burnout was normalized. Upper leadership was openly misogynistic; female staff were talked down to, dismissed, and excluded in what was clearly a boys’ club type culture.
Leadership could not be trusted. Performance reviews were often glowing (5/5), only for employees to be laid off or terminated without warning. Layoffs occur every year, making job security nonexistent.
I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking stability, respect, or ethical leadership.
