Pros
Good benefits, available for part time workers. Good pay, when you actually get hours.
Cons
Management is notoriously bad, wiling to gaslight, misdirect, and outright lie to try and push you to not just perform at a reasonable level, but somehow perform at the same level as people who have been doing this for 10 years. Expected to have memorized all 600+ addresses and all names for people living in them, plus any changes in mailing status like holds or forwards. Pay is solid, but is based on the evaluation for the rout. On light days, you're making out well, but on heavy days, you're actually getting paid less once you're past the expected time limit. This job has only a few guaranteed days per week, often only 1. However, you will be called in at 7am to start at 7:30 because the regular called off. You will be suddenly given more days with little prior warning, and having something already scheduled will not be an acceptable reason to decline.
