Pros
It is every person's duty. Awesome environment. Job satisfaction seeing our military represented around the world. So many opportunities both in the military and from the civilian sector.
Cons
Communication is always an issue. Money used on projects that do not work instead of putting money into people. The importance of our job seems to depend upon the party of the President. We are used as campaign promises and used as a place for social experiments.
