Working with everyone at US LED has been a positive and collaborative experience. They have been receptive to new ideas and have always encouraged those for trying them. There is growth potential in the organization for those willing to learn new areas, explore opportunities, and not stay within their work "silo".

When becoming a larger and more efficient organization there are growing pains, especially when internal processes change. This one isn't different, but that's not a bad thing. The changes have been better for improvement.
