      Pros

      The pay is good but they work you like a dog to get it.

      Cons

      Management is very untrustworthy. They fill you up with promises and the hopes of advancement and then never give you the chance. I worked in the industry for years even for their competitors prior to my employment with them and I would not recommend US Foods. I would recommend there competitors first. As long as the product gets shipped out on time night mgmt could care less of making employees happy or work flow easier.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
