Pros

Benefits, independence and... Trying hard to come up much.

Cons

Low pay, unrealistic expectations, never ending toxic pressure, weekly threats during ROI calls, rotten company culture, inept out of touch leadership, AI management of delivery, routing, pricing and ordering, inflated prices, convoluted pricing management ,waste, poor time sucking convoluted training , shareholder first, customer last, And! SCOOP! Scoop scoop Scoop Scoop!!!!!!! Scoop is a drain. Scoop is a reason to quit Replenishment team is understaffed, transportation team is unaccountable, deliveries are incomplete and late. Drivers are not trained and unsupervised. Management is callous, distant and suspicious. Since US Foods has acquired FSA, an arguably better company, in 2019 US Foods has been on a mission to be their own worst enemy. Learning nothing from the competitor they absorbed. Never ending turnover of VPLS, Area presidents, CE0, Specialists, 6 different compensation programs in 6 years!

Pros

401k is good Benefits got more affordable

Cons

The biggest con is what must these big companies fail to focus on. Money. If to ask, even if you document measurable results ,that i spent a long time composing. You are told that other mechanics get the same or around the same pay. Then say no. Going the extra mile everyday, doesn't get you anything . Yes it's pay. We start a little better than market. But don't go up from there. Yes not right. Not we cannot get any overtime to make up for the lack of raise . It forces good mechanics out . Also they focus way to much on irrelevant things like dei etc .it should be the work you do not what you look like.
