Pros
Company offers competitive pay to Project Managers and Superintendents. Some of the employees are the best I've worked with. The company would have the potential to be great, if management were open to change or criticism.
Cons
Management will not accept criticism and is downright abusive of employees. There is rampant nepotism, so advancement is only available to family members or yes-men. Project Managers are given responsibility, but no authority over projects. Subcontractors are typically sub-standard (cost over quality). Management will hire any superintendent (some are great, others are useless). Rules for employees and operating procedures change every day. Office personnel are considered expendable.
