Some of the coworkers became family. I learned a lot about the construction industry, working with contractors, estimating, coordinating, and client relations.
Cons
This company is 110% unprofessional. The HR lady is very unprofessional, very mean, plays favorites with employees, uses employees to gather negative information on other employees, and never actually shows up to work. If she does show up to work, she will sneak out to get her nails done or take her favorite employees out for 2+ hour lunch breaks.
The CEO only shows face when things are going badly.
I was cussed and yelled at by my manager over his mistakes.
All managers and supervisors are chosen due to their friendly relationships with each other. Not because they actually have managerial experience or skills. Everything at this company is inconsistent, unprofessional, and will drive you to insanity.
Healthcare is awful, the pay is awful, and if your'e lucky. You might get a $1.00 raise if you spend 3 years working there. I was promoted 3 separate times and never saw a raise, only more work load.
I worked Full-time, week nights, and weekends. I was only paid for the hours I was actually in the office, no bonuses, and no salary. Typically only managers make salary and all they really do is sit there and yell at you all day. No I do not recommend this company to anyone.
