- Too many sales reps, not enough calls - They sell you on the ‘opportunity’ to make $200k with their veteran reps old commission earnings, which is impossible currently with the amount of reps and low call volume - Does not have a clear, concise report of commissions and record of chargebacks. You just have to pray it’s fair. - Inconsiderate of inclement weather conditions - Sales meetings are boring, no real recognition of salesmen accomplishments - No Spanish representatives - Does not observe some major holidays - Can easily be a work from home position
