Pros
Great team atmosphere. Great perks - GI Bill, travel, certifications that are honored world-wide. A sense of being a part of something larger than yourself.
Cons
It was becoming too much like a corporation and not a military branch when I separated. PCS'ing and the whole MPF system needed an overhaul. In Intel, too much focus on worldwide events and not enough focus on tactical application of intelligence data.
