      Pros

      The scheduled hours and weekends off allow for a good work/home balance. Staff is mostly friendly.

      Cons

      The market adjustment raises seems to be a bit behind and the annual evaluation isn’t the best either. Being a provider of the insurance plan they offer to employees could provide better benefits to the insured (A gold plan still has a $200 co-pay for er visits)

      No pros. It was a horrible place to work

      Cons

      If you were night shift, you had to work every holiday. The nurses were so lazy and never helped us. We ran around taking care of patients with no help. Changing them, cleaning up horrible messes, taking them to the bathroom and doing vitals with no help. Nurses would sit there eating while on Facebook, while we did all the work. Some would even be sleeping!
