Rampant bullying in I.T. - Senior Programmer UPMC Employee Review

Daily bullying by younger employees on senior employees. Immature young employees. Daily harassment. Extreme hostile work environment. Management does nothing about it. Other reviews that speak of resigning because of bullying without other employment are correct. If you work in information technology don't consider working at UPMC. No bonuses. Small raises. Very immature processes. Most employees have less than 5 years experience and are promoted rapidly but lack personal maturity. Heinz building is in high crime area. Don't work there. No cafeteria in the Heinz building.
