Pros
Wonderful coworkers among support staff: Account Managers, Art Handlers, Crew Chiefs and Dispatch. Wide variety of clientele with cultural significance and amazing collections, wide variety of services offered and a great learning experience. They start people off with a nice salary for the industry (at least in the way of account managers) and good healthcare benefits.
Cons
Holier than thou mentality amongst higher ups, management tends to always be on the side of the client and has little regard for employees, attitude is one of "get it done" resulting in late nights or weekend work without compensation for salaried staff. They offer either a work cell phone or to help pay for your personal cell phone, sold as a benefit but is more of a leash. After initial salary is set, raises are few and far between, not to mention paltry. Upper management is constantly being rearranged, bumping inexperienced talent from department to department and all is run as a vanity project for the owner who uses services as though entire company is part of his personal staff.
