Pros

Competitive wages Benefits including 401K Bonuses (yearly and monthly) Employee Discount Lots of growth in USA and Canada Great network Privately owned Quality product Open to ideas I have been in retail for over 15 years, this company treats their employees right! I have a great work-life balance for once. My Market Manager is a great leader, very open and understanding and relatable (super important). Great relationships with other Store Managers throughout the company! Excited to see what is next!

Cons

This is a growing company so naturally there are going to be growing pains. Be mindful and don't let it discourage you.

Pros

Discount was a very generous 75% when I first got hired in 2021, which they chanted, and then brought back a few weeks before my departure. Company does promote DEI

Cons

I was originally hired as a keyholder at a lower rate than previous employees that were hired as sales associates. Every chance at moving up the ladder was at a lower rate than the previous people in the roles. I was with the company for four years when the SM position opened up at my store. I led the team for 3 months while my application to fill the position sat ignored. I was told by the market manager/director of Omni-channel that they value hiring from within. I never got an interview for the position I was filling and the hired and relocated a manager from the other side of the country instead. Lower performing stores are ostracized from the others into their own market. Several lay offs and restructures in the last two years are definitely indicators of the company not lasting much longer. You are unable to question the methods or offer ways to improve the company. Very rigid visual standards and little bedside manner when it comes to guidelines.
