Pros

Great place to learn new software techniques and processes . Having UNStudio on your resume is good career booster.

Cons

Office is a lot more corporate than people think. Most of the work they do is the same you would find in a commercial office that would pay double of what UNS does. Communication is terrible. Late hours are not so much because of deadlines or workload, but because of managerial mistakes / oversights that require you to scramble to cover for them. They take advantage of ex-pats to do the heavy work while the locals leave at 6 religiously (Locals know the laws / system and the office does not push them too much because of it). They will flatly lie to you on details of your pay and benefits to get you in and shrug their shoulders when they don't come through with their promises.

Pros

Great location, atmosphere, design work, work hours, etc.

Cons

It is not like boutique studios as you may expect. It can be very similar to any corporate offices you all hate to go (don't know why...), but truth is it is not like small studio, so don't expect that if you were all about that when applying. By the way, I am not against corporate style. It is just different.
