Manipulative project managers who would pressure you to reduce your estimates and then pin the blame it on the devs when the project overran. The atmosphere during projects was sometimes toxic and would bleed in to your homelife
No career progression options for devs (a main reason I left). They have team leads and architects, but as far as I could tell these are just vanity titles to stop seniors leaving. If you're a junior then learn your trade and move on.
They just do Sitecore, so if you like to dabble in lots of things, then it's probably not your for you
