In-house management did a great job

Bad decisions by other higher ups in the past decided the end for the company

Most of the people at the working level are good to work with. They care about the company and each other.

One of the executive managers is a bully and attacks all levels of employees. Employees are fearful of losing their job if they stand up to him. He has been known in meetings to use inappropriate foul language and make offensive comments about employees. Recently this executive threw a tantrum in the hallways and was heard through closed doors cussing loudly. This occurred in front of other executive staff and even the CFO. His behavior is either condoned or ignored by the executive staff. During my time there, this bad behavior occurred on a regular basis.
