Very low salary. Requires additional hours almost every day. The typical workday starts in IST around 9-9:30 am and ends with CET, that is at least 10-10:30pm IST. Often required to work full days on Saturdays and on holidays by saying if work not done, will reflect that in the monthly review, which may affect salary. Has also started to make 12-18 months bond mandatory for new hires. If employees wish to terminate bond in between, they are told there can be legal action and interference in future employment.

Challenging volunteering opportunity with an interesting topic

The tasks asked require an expertise and should not be achieved by volunteers but by paid consultants. I felt like giving a lot while receiving really little in exchange.
