Working at the IOL as a student is very self directed, so you can get an enormous amount of value by working there as long as you're willing to take on the responsibility of using the resources given to you. Very flexible hours, managers happy to work around your academic and personal schedules. Great networking ability, lot's of oppurtunities to interface with a number of industry leaders.
