Pros
Great leadership and excellent teamwork with peers. Opportunity to really support a great retail organization. Technologies are fairly mature. Some great talent and expertise to work alongside.
Cons
The Albertsons/Supervalu merger looked good on paper but execution was challenging. The merger in IT went fairly well. The rest of the organization struggled with changes. The health benefits could have been better
