Pros
Used to be the people. But they have cut the office work force and expect 1/3 of the people to be able to continue the same level and quality of work. Sometimes I get a thank you or a nice job.
Cons
Mostly everything. The people they bring in are all from MN or out of the company, they no longer promote from within. They reinstated merit raises for them to only be a slap in the face (ie. 12 cents, woo thanks for nothing). Been here almost a decade and I make next to nothing with no one in upper management listening or even caring. All about the bottom line now. No sense of personality or community. They hire in new, lazy Category Managers who expect everyone else to do their job for them. They also treat people like we should be greatful for the job. They should be greatful that all their lowest paid people do the most work.
