      Allow for personal growth. Decent pay.

      Last couple of years very unstable company. Entire region where I worked was let go. Worked there for 23 years.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
