      Good pay for that kind of job. Lots of overtime.

      Cons

      Poor management, inconsistent policy towards employees. No weekends off unless you work for over 15 years.

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
