      Cons

      Failing company where management has no idea what is going on. No upward movement. No care for diversity. You are a part of a machine running on its last leg of life pumping everyone for gas.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
