      Company is going through 6 year down swing. Losing customers, sales and profits. New leadership which have come in this year are not in touch.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
