      Going home after 15 hour shifts

      Cons

      Working unrealistic hours. Who thinks it’s ok to say start time for 2nd shift is at 9AM!!

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
