      Pros

      High hourly rate for a job with no experience requirements. Part-time has the option to pick up jobs as they need, which is perfect for college students like me.

      Cons

      Shifts are usually very long. Standards for pick-rate (efficiency) are quite high, and are made more difficult because newcomers use the oldest, worst equipment.
