A really great place to work with little worry of job elimination. Benefits were top notch and plenty of vacation. Work life balance was good on most teams, depends on manager.

They are getting quite top heavy with a lot of managers and directors. Most of these folks are really knowledgeable in their respective areas and have come up through the ranks, which is good, but, having so many directors really slows things down. Also, there is a lot of waste since a high-level person will have an idea and then it is determined we have to implement that solution whatever the cost. A lot of waste due to power struggles I would say.
