      -Great work culture and environment, very young and dynamic -People enjoy being at work and make sure to have fun whilst delivering high-quality work -Work is extremely varied and open to anyone who takes initiative

      The company is progressive and attempting to use modern management styles to improve employee output and performance

      Cons

      The Management team is in Europe and the pay structure is difficult to climb. They are not quick to address issues and they are still locked into antiquated methods of reporting.
