Pros
- Competitive pay - Promote internally - Great peers all around - Very generous PTO and benefits - Hybrid work environment - Has their own gym on site
Cons
- Work/life balance is absolutely horrible. Due to the company being global you have to be working many hours that, when added up, are way beyond 40 hours a week depending on your position. The pay is great on paper but when you take into account how much you work, you should be getting paid for a person and a half if not two people. But the people make it worth it. - There is no moving up or recognition from upper management. It is clear as day the favoritism going around between managers/directors. You will not get anywhere ahead unless you are able to be quiet and do what you are told even when you are trying to find a solution and offer feedback. If they don't want to hear it, they will choose to ignore it. - Unless you want to stay here for the long run, this is a good company to slap on your resume before finding an organization that is actually well established and actually wants to improve, not lie to themselves or sugarcoat issues that the lower-level roles are bringing up every single day.
