As the company says that have unlimited PTO they really do not or at least not in IT and Product Development. People are getting questioned if they have taking more then three weeks PTO including sick time.
Leaders in all areas of the company need to be consistent.
I started 6 months ago and had 6 weeks PTO and came here one of the drivers coming here was unlimited PTO. Not that I want to abuse it but it should be consistent. Three weeks of PTO which includes sick days is not competitive.
