Pros
Some employer paid benefits Office is closing so we'll be fully remote (but also probably the first to get laid off soon) Wellness stipend Okay pay
Cons
I started in 2025, so I haven't even been here quite a full year and the decline has been immense just since I started. Firing people for voicing their opinions on the company's direction or where things could work better. Constant shifts in work with no clear directive and resources are almost entirely out of date. Pushing for AI usage consistently (environmentally horrible and it's activately taking jobs within the company) Offshoring jobs to India en mass. Sending trainers to India to train them how to do our roles and staffing in the US is steadily decreasing. 100% paid benefits changed for 2026 and are now partially employee paid. "Unlimited" PTO is a scam. It's actually 20 days. They use it against you and your metrics, hold it over you if you actually take time off, and it's just a way to market a false promise but not pay you out accruals once they lay you off or fire you. Metrics keep going up with no additional product training. We're the blind leading the blind. Office culture is toxic MICROMANAGEMENT is by far the WORST here of any job I've ever worked. They give you not great training, with no continued education on the product following onboarding, but expect you to perform excellently. Communication from upper leadership is shady, non transparent, and very typical corporate. Little to no growth opportunities.
