Benefits are good, a number of good people.
Cons
Significant drop off in culture under new leadership. Many departments struggling to meet minimum sla’s, all under staffed. Cuts to improve bottom line for going public have decimated most departments. Customers suffering, employees suffering. Sales staff being fired and quitting. Comp plans have been severely mowed. A new Vp every week means non-stop change, that even senior leadership can’t keep up to.
